My boss tried to make me go to work drunk.

I'm a waitress at a local diner. The owner and her son, Dean, are also the managers. Yesterday was my day off, and I wanted to have a few drinks, so I did. Dean called me around 4 and told me he needed me to come in because a waitress called in. I was confused because night shift at this place starts at 2, I told him I'd had too much to drink and would have only been able to come in if I'd been notified sooner. He says just come in anyway, I told him I think that's a bad idea. He ran me through a list of everyone he'd called, and then said, so “you're up”, implying I needed to come in. I said no, then he repeatedly tried to tell me I had no choice in different words, and I kept saying I can't. It took him…
