Anybody have experience at places with tracking software?

I'm not sure if this is the best subreddit for this, but I thought it was close enough. I just got a job offer that seems great; interesting work, interesting industry, I generally got along with the people I've interviewed with along the way, etc. I'm doing some extra research now before I accept the offer, and I've learned that they use Sapience, a software that tracks each employee's clicking/typing/websites visited/etc. This is a huge red flag, and if I wasn't a little bit desperate (laid off from my last job a few months ago), it'd possibly be a deal breaker. It's not even that I think it'll be a problem, but the lack of trust and knowing that somebody sees my day-to-day in such detail is icky. So I'm curious about others' experience. Has anybody worked anywhere that used this type of software? Thoughts?
