IT person here, was converted from a contractor to an employee. I have been a contractor here for over 5 years. They never had inclination to convert people from contract to perm in the entire time that I have been here. Last year they decided the contractors were not cheap enough so they decided to replace with people overseas. And they wanted you to train you replacement.
Needless to say this did not go well. People starting quitting in droves. Whats in it for a contractor to stay on? NOTHING.
So they converted me and I am not feeling it. First they screwed me on the money when they converted me.
So I sitting here listening to this BULLSH*T. The corporate propaganda just never stops. They are going on and on about employee engagement, how we are one big family, blah, blah.
I dont care about the company, your products, the people. I am here to MAKE MONEY, THATS IT. I am not your friend and am definitely not your property. F*CK YOU.
