College graduates, what is the hardest part about the post college employment search and working in “entry-level” positions?

I'm genuinely curious. I left college in the height of the 08 recession because I ran out of money and couldn't take out any more loans, I grew up in a very poor family that relied on food stamps so my parents couldn't help. I never got the chance to finish my original degree or look for a job after college, I dropped out and joined the Navy and spent 9 years there. I graduated with my BA in Business Administration right before getting out of the Navy in 2017. I worked two horrible paying and toxic jobs before finding my spot in the agriculture industry. I've helped dozens of people with resumes and interview tactics but most of these people have had decent experience in the fields they were pursuing. I want to help more people reduce hours, increase pay, and escape from toxic co-workers, managers, and workplaces.
