Congress needs an HR department

So here's an idea, add HR to Congress. See how fast they pass labor laws if they have to abide by rules we do. Oh you didn't show up for a vote? That's no call no show I'm afraid we're gonna have to let you go . Oh you missed 3 votes this year but called off? Sorry you're not reliable please pack up your office. Oh you didn't wear a tie? We talked about this that's another write up, if you get one more you're fired. And I'm talking full on consequences, they get suspended they lose pay and can't vote, they get fired then they get replaced and are bared from running for a term or 2. Hell add drug testing, mandatory surprise drug tests. Also if they seem drunk random blood alcohol test. Seriously let them work like us, by the rules we are forced to follow,…

Seriously let them work like us, by the rules we are forced to follow, and make them deal with consequences, make them negotiate for their pay as well, starting at minimum wage.
