I remember my supervisors and managers constantly saying this a decade ago. Of course at the time I thought it was an issue with the employees. Who would call out of their 12 hour a day, 5-6 day a week, no overtime pay (I don't know how they got away with this), minimum wage job. Now I know they would find good help if they paid more and treated their employees better (they still don't from what I hear). Things never do change do they
