Amazon Warehouse commercials – actual employee thoughts?

I see these commercials from Amazon about how they 'pay a living wage'. Someone is thrilled they get it's like $10-15. They have insurance *DAY ONE* (they extra emphasize). And 'paid days off to spend with family'. Amazon is known for the lowball of warehouse employees, most decent jobs offer some kind of insurance, and PTO. I'm intrigued. Those actually in these kind of warehouse jobs they are clearly recruiting for. What are your thoughts on these commercials?
