Boss is asking me to find my own coverage because I tested positive for COVID

I’ve been trying to find others in this situation and haven’t seen much. I’m wondering if anyone experienced anything similar. Just seems like it shouldn’t be up to me… like if no one can work, then what? It falls on me??
