When I asked my boss when I could take my break, he said he doesn’t take breaks

I just said, “Guess I'm weak, can I take it at 1pm?” He finally said yes. You're entitled to a 30 minute break during an 8 hour shift. You don't get paid for those 30 minutes. What kind of response was that from him?
