three weeks ago I got a raise at work.. and hr never said anything about it.. but I didn’t think anything of it, I was like maybe they forgot to tell me.. so I go about my life and leave it at that.. well today, my manager has a conversation with me only to call me a thief… saying that I should’ve let them know that I got a raise.. three weeks ago, because what I did was a crime.
and I doubt payroll is gonna make a mistake with my check…for three weeks?? and that they only knew that I got a raise because hr told them..and that I need to be more productive with my life because the way I’m going is not right..
am I in the wrong, should I have told them… feeling lost
