I am just curious if you all were looking for work how much more would you have to be offered to accept a new job? Good benefits are a thing but most employers don't provide information on benefits before you accept a job offer. I am currently looking at a job that only pays 1$ an hour more than I currently make though is much closer to where I live, current job is known for having really good benefits though.
