Quitting Scorched Earth Style.

For context, I live and work in New Zealand. Here, we have a law called the Employment Relations Act (2000). I work part time at a fast food restaurant over the busy lunch rush. According to the above law, if I work between two and four hours, I'm entitled to a paid ten minute break (Part 6D, Section 69ZD). Furthermore, under the same section of the same part of the same act, it is my employer's responsibility to provide me with my breaks, not my responsibility to ask for them. I'm also the only employee on the lunch rush who frequently goes without the break to which I am legally required to take, and this is mainly due to the fact that my hours are so short that if I work through the lunch rush, my manager believes there is no point to me taking my break because I'll be leaving work in half an hour (despite the fact that I regularly stay late, for pay, because it's so busy and they need me). This is grounds for a discrimination case under the same Act, but Part 9, section 104.
I have 2.76 weeks of annual leave entitlement saved up, plus 3 days in lieu for working public holidays. I'm going to book my annual leave this week, then immediately hand in my resignation once my leave is approved, and then just to absolutely nuke them into space, I'm reporting them to Employment New Zealand for their repeated breaches of the Employment Relations Act (2000).
