I absolutely hate this web system they use for job applications. They even make logging in a nightmare: “passwords must be 8-14 characters long, contain a special character, a number, lower and upper case”. Then when you click autosuggest a password they give you one that their own system rejects so you HAVE to create a mickey mouse password according to their rules, so you type any old shit and oops, it's over 14 characters – try again.
Then every section is incredibly “neat and tidy” as in micro sized font and input fields – I feel this almost reflects the tiny corporate minds that designed this. You fill out each section, then they want a CV which has all the same information and a cover letter.
Following that, cue ultra intrusive questions about your personal life for “diversity and inclusion monitoring purposes”.
