At the risk of going on a full out rant, I do often wish this sub was more substantive and productive.
As much as I love seeing you guys post text threads telling off an awful boss – that’s just throwing a tantrum and doesn’t move us closer to the goals of this sub which are generally 1) preserving and bolstering worker’s rights and 2) ending work. That’s what the “about” on this sub says.
But it’s just people acting rude to management (understandable. Keep doing what you’re doing) and never any discussion on what policy causes what issue and how that can be changed.
I’m not very politically active myself, but this sub was something I resonated with at first. Now it’s just sort of lost the plot.
Anyway – hope y’all keep having fun. I’m out.
