My boss offered me 3 days of duble shift (7am to 3pm, them 8pm to 5am). The. He offered the whole week, and told me in his time he would do this many times.
He would go to work in the morning, rest in his car, then go to work at night, and sleep in his car, just for money.
He lacks the ability to realize that people arent soft today, they are just smarter and wont put their mental health, sleep schedule, and actual health for some more bucks.
I wish I could’ve told him I would accept the whole week doubles if I was in 1944 working in China for some bags of rice. But, Im too nice and told him Im married and between losing a few bucks or make my wife happy, I think he knows the answer.
