yesterday i made a post about how my work offered me a small raise to stay. well today the better job offer came and it’s better than what my work could ever give me. i’ll obviously take it it’s a no brainer but now what to do i do? today i went into work and everyone was rooting me and so happy i’m staying how do i say nvm i’m actually gonna leave again lol.
i’m really thinking of no showing my job here, i don’t know how to approach my manager again and i mentally don’t think i can handle the awkward 2 weeks i will experience while working.
