Just a small rant why I'm tired of the place I work. There has always been a hatred towards dayshift and nightshift. Previously worked dayshift and all the people I worked with would talk s**t about the nightshift. As I've switched to nightshift all the dayshift bunch have turned against me and keep trying to get me in trouble. One of the leadhands is telling me off for “not leaving an employee's desk how I found it” as she is good friends with the person. Although if it's my desk that gets messed up I get told it's the company's desk and not mines so it doesn't matter. I work on a machine and got told off for not keeping it clean, I spent hours cleaning it up for the same employee to make a mess of it on dayshift and nothing gets said to her. I know I'm going to get pulled up for it tomorrow night but what can I do as the woman who is leadhand is going to give me a lot of bother for it. What can I do to stop this pettiness as it's really making me want to leave my job
