Not usually a poster but need to vent.
I took interviews for a job that would have been a step up for me a few weeks ago. After the company dragged their feet for the last week on getting back to me I figured I didn’t get it.
We’ll, today I got a call from HR saying they liked me, but I didn’t quite have the experience they wanted. They’re going to try to create a job for me “just not at the level” that I applied for.
So you want me to come do the same work at a lower title and less money? Fuck you, pay me.
