Today, she called me into her office and told me that my work was embarrassing, everything I do needs to be proofed before it leaves our department, and that one of my on-going projects is a waste of time.

I immediately called HR and prepared them for a 2 week notice coming soon.

TLDR; my boss said my work was embarrassing and a waste of time, now I’m putting in my two weeks.
