so there is a lady whose over a fleet of cars we deal with… this account business is really important to our sales… we have phones at the location and one other manager outside myself but this account manager has the locations phone number and everyone else on the front end… yet she seems to call my cell phone over and over even on my off days…
this morning she text me saying (and im off ) “hey it seems impossible to get you via phone is that something we can work on i was under the impression you are my direct line of contact for our needs”
but why not call the store which is always open if you dont get me? why not call the other managers? why call over and over again? and she asks the same thing over and over and doesnt even keep up with what they picked up already….
i need the account but im super annoyed by this lady and how she seems to be super set on calling me only not even texting… how do i respond on my off day nicely and invite keeping the account but i dont want to call because i may sound agitated
