I want to apologize for any spelling or grammatical errors. This is just a rant.
I have been working in a Medicare call center for almost 2 years now. This is by far the worst employer I have ever had and the worst overall experience I've ever had with an employer. Everything from inadequate training to straight up passive aggressiveness being displayed by all of management. For almost 2 years I have been having to deal with unreasonable statistics and goals and I'm finally fed up with it.
I've run into a peculiar problem though. I'm somewhat actively trying to get fired because last week I was accused of having too many tech issues and call avoidance because I transfer too many people into the queue without saying anything. Meanwhile what's really going on is that our equipment and software is trash. We are the type of call center to go down for hours due to tech issues. I've already had 3 different laptops mailed to my home due to overheating and blue screen of death. I have no desire to not want to do my actual job but I'm at the point where I just don't give a fuck anymore.
Due to this job I've ended up doing a leave of absence because my mental health was deteriorating quickly due to stress. I ended up in the ER with stress induced heart palpitations, and eventually I started having issues with my colon and then finally diagnosed with Prostitis. I'm in my 30's and imo I'm just too young to be dealing with all this nonsense. I've put my mental and physical health aside for this damn place and I'm just no longer going to do that.
I should of known better when they told me that this company hired another 3rd party company to promote inclusivity within the company. I can tell you right now that it's just a bunch of virtue signaling.
