Funny story and glad it happened, dodged a bullet with a potentially awful boss. Anyways, I went into the interview and told him that I needed to give my two weeks and that the schedule is flexible so I can start almost immediately, I just need advance notice so I can tell my other job. Clowns decides to schedule me five days out of the week, at a different location than I applied for, and doesn’t even specify that I was to show up there. I miss the day I was suppose to work due to bad communication and get a text.
At this point, I read the schedule and see what’s going on. I tell him I cant work those days, since Im still working at my other job. Clown proceeds to ask me “you said you were flexible. do you still want your job, let me know.” Again, flexible if you give me notice. Two days is ridiculous and disrespectful. SoI just don’t care and let go of the job. I have enough self-respect to not be pushed around and take responsibility for another idiot’s mistake.
