Here, I read a few posts and immediately saw how negative this sub was so I decided to bring some positivity.
It's a thing called the Teal way of working, I currently work in one, and we see everyday the bad company practices from some clients.
If you have the power or the rank to make changes in your company, you should really look into the multiple benefits it brings.
If I had to resume my current experience, I'd say that it is such a relaxed atmosphere that sometimes it feels like doing a project with friends and not like working at all.
I really think this should be the new “default” …
