ADA Accommodations and WFH

I've had a WFH job for nine months and it has been amazing! Recently the CEO decided to make everyone return to the office. I only accepted the job because the benefits and flexibility outweighed what I could get anywhere else. Not only that, but WFH worked wonders with my disabilities. Now, they want me to return to the office three days a week. I had some accommodations set up for my disabilities beforehand, like a flexible schedule with longer breaks, but working from the office makes everything harder, especially getting the healthcare I need. Not only that, but my commute is a little less than an hour to the office before traffic picks up. My healthcare provider is near my home, so I would have to go to work, leave for an appointment, return to work, and then head home. My provider is booked for the next 6 months…

My provider is booked for the next 6 months and I am not going to miss the appointments I have set.
I have already messaged HR but they have yet to respond. If I am not able to keep working remotely, I'll consider quitting (or getting fired for not showing up to the office, I'd rather claim that unemployment). The only thing that has had me tagging along while they prepared to have people in the office is that I have almost worked there for a year and I could use FMLA to get some care I need.
I am currently looking for new jobs that are either fully remote or hybrid but nearby. I'm tired of the uncertainty of whether I will be able to work with my disabilities.
At this point I just needed to scream into the void, thanks for reading!
