Advice Appreciated! 100% of workers down to strike

So a company that I am a contractor for, I once was a GM but moved down voluntarily for work life balance. Situated in CO, our company severely underpays us, as contractors. Every single employee has agreed to strike and is looking to me to lead, as I use to manage but didn't stick with management. We have alot of power over the company, they will not be able to function for a day without 3 of us, let alone everyone (a dozen or so “contractors”) I really need advice because they would like to pull the trigger soon but I was hoping for legal or general advice to strike. Whether it be creating a union and that process or just notifying the owner / hr that we are effectively striking until our demands our met. (Basically guaranteeing minimum wage) thanks in advance
