Currently looking to change job/career and figured this is probably the most realistic subreddit to ask. It feels impossible to find jobs that are hiring that aren't retail/fast food, I'm just looking for advice from some older more experienced people who know what to look for in a decent job/mainly where you can even find them. 20 years old with a couple years experience in specialty (electronics) retail.
Indeed really sucks and i think ive maybe ever had 2 responses from employers on it, and I'm not exactly sure where else to start.
