Advice for leaving toxic job

I currently work for a small business. They chose to sponsor my visa and I gratefully accepted as at the time, I loved working there. However, since they have started the sponsorship process things have not gone great. My managers, who are also the owners of the business, consistently speak to me in degrading tones (raised voices, harsh tone), make me feel incompetent and are always on my back about something (this week it was my shoes). My managers, who are also the owners of the business, consistently speak to me in degrading tones (raised voices, harsh tone), make me feel incompetent and are always on my back about something (this week it was my shoes). I am not saying I am the perfect employee but it seems to be one rule for me and another for everyone else.

Anyway, I want to leave for my own mental well being (this has been going on now for 7 months). However I am struggling as I tend to avoid confrontation and conflict. My last co worker who quit, they yelled at her and called her names so much that she went home crying and was terrified about starting her new job because they had threatened to go down there and tell the new place she was all kinds of awful. My co worker was going to work a one week notice but ended up not because of how they reacted. She could do this as she was casual.

However, I am full time and have to work 4 weeks notice.

Does anyone have any advice on handling this situation, the best way to quit and how to gwt through 4 weeks of basically hell afterwards?

There is no HR since it is a small business
