So I just got into a well known bank. It took me a few try’s to get in and now I am. After doing the licensing stuff for a few months (paid) I am now in the bank.
The issue is it’s extremely boring and slow, my office has no windows and it’s in the corner. I don’t feel fulfilled and my pay is your average start pay as a banker.
In my area there are a few credit unions that look nice they have beautiful brand new buildings. I’d like to stop by and chat with them and see if they have a greeter environment. My question is if one of them do and it feels more fitting, would it be wrong to leave the job im at now early (3 months in)
