Advice on Reporting Previous Company

I previously worked at a restaurant that had many different practices that violated the health code. The biggest offender is swapping out labels. If a label is out of date (meaning the item is expired) the staff was told to remove the label and replace it with a fresh one. These expired items were served to customers every single day. The restaurant has been inspected, but since everything is “in date” there have never been any issues. There are other different health issues, but by far this is the worst one. This same practice applies to meat products, dairy products and vegetable products. I’ve since moved on to a new company, though I still want to report my previous place of employment. PS: I waited a few months before deciding on this course of action. I didn’t want to be fueled by bitterness, so I wanted to be sure I am reporting because of their wrong practices.
