I live in Florida and my buddy just told me his wife, who im also friends with, that works at Rural King, has had to work without air conditioning for over 4 months because the management team chose to take their bonus money over repairing the A/C, apparently at RK any repair costs forfeit the bonuses management can get? Chime in if this is wrong but this is the info I was given. Not sure how the background shit works at RK, I don't work there, but it sounds completely fucked off and I mentioned maybe she should try contacting a local union.
Is there a way she, or he could contact a union anonymously?
