Affordability

What percentage of US homes do you believe households would not qualify for the loan to purchase their current home for todays price and interest rate? Part two of that question is from what percentage of those who qualified, would struggle to make those payments? Has anyone come across any data reflecting these numbers? I see tons of households where people are piling up 4 plus working adults because most people can not afford homeownership on their own. I don’t foresee people just coming to terms with living with family/roommates to survive as an end goal and people will seek alternatives such a tiny homes, Modular’s and so on to still have living independence but without a $1,500 a month plus mortgage.
