Where I live it has been a custom to not actually ask for salary expectation before company/organization was sure of which candidate they wanted.
But this year I have encountered two interviewers who became very aggressive when trying to approach the question in an interview. Like almost shouting, but at least reising their voice and presisering me to tell them my current salary.
The first time I thought about pulling my application. I didn’t, Because they wrote me they weren’t interested on my way back home.
I am thinking on pulling my application after the recent interview, Because quite frankly it felt like being interrogated/intimidation techniques.
