AI should be good enough to do our jobs but under capitalism that would be a disaster

I keep hearing how artificial intelligence is really bad because it will learn how to do most jobs successfully which means employers won't ire people to work. Idk but I would think the point is to create a system where we don't HAVE to work and our able to follow our passions but capitalism makes it sound “nope, there needs to be a caste system of owners and workers”
