Hi all, I work in sales and have been very transparent with them the entire time I’ve been employed (since august) that I’m going through the process of getting a service dog. I filled out paperwork, submitted TWO doctors notes and told them last week my application had been approved and I’d be getting the dog likely in a month or two. Today HR called me and was very short saying corporate denied my service dog. I’m obviously floored as the whole time I had been told that it was okay, until today. Not sure if anyone has any advice for me? I live in the state of Utah.
