During the school year, I am a teacher for my local school district. And during the summer, I have to find a job to supplement my income. I don't really like the job but at the same time I don't like to be broke either 🤣.
At my teaching job, I always get a 30 min lunch brake plus a 1 hour planning period. The lunch brake and planning period has givin me the luxury to breath and calm down through stressful days of teaching. I love teaching but man, it can be stressful sometimes.
At chick fil a, they only give out 30 minute lunch brakes. I know I shouldn't complain about this but for me personally, I just wish the lunch brake was a little longer. There have been times I'll be making sandwiches for 2 hours straight and my brain will be fried (no pun intended) after experiencing a huge breakfast rush and a huge lunch rush.
I like to take a 10 minute bathroom break typically after a lunch rush because that gives me time to think and relax for a bit. I'll typically just go to the handicap stall and use my phone during the 10 minutes. My store gets to be a little slow after the lunch rush.
