I am getting back into the work scene. I hired on for what was supposed to be an easy floor manager job at a grocery chain. I was told hours were 35 to 40 and starting no earlier than 11 for child care; i did put on my application no OT. I work 6 days a week, OT and I never see my daughter because except one day I start around 9. I'm burned out in just three weeks .
