Always play to win

I saw this on LinkedIn, so as all know, it's ok for a company to make “painful” things and as long as they “work”, and if they make profit, they're going to be applauded for that. But for employees, it's ok to take our “painful” and “aggressive” decisions, right? Like leaving a job for another one that is best always that we can, don't compromise our health or mental health to the benefit of the company or a bad boss, and focus only on what's most important, ourselves and our family (the real family, not the “we are a family” workplaces) You know, always play to win 😉
