I work for an international company remotely but the office I work for is located in Detroit Michigan. I live in Canada which borders Detroit. I don’t have a visa or work permit or any documentation that allows me to legally work in the US. My bosses keep asking me if I’m “comfortable” to come into the office when I’ve stated I am not unless I’m legally allowed in for WORK- i’m not using my personal life or lying to the Border Officers to go to work – sorry it’s not happening lol!
I am just annoyed because every time I talk to them they ask if Im comfortable and Im not. I am trying to stand my ground and protect myself but they keep asking and it makes me feel like i’m being dramatic. Please give me honest feedback.
