Am I intentionally being mistreated?

I applied at a local resource center for disabled adults, when I applied I just wanted to be part time working 16 hours a week, because I am still in school. Which was what was advertised. However, as a part time employee, Once hired I was given a 10 hours stack of paper assignments, that were expected to be done while at work during my “slower time”, I trained for 2 days before I was put in charge of 2 full time clients that require constant care (despite being only a part time worker). I was expected to teach a class once a week, despite only being there part time, while full time employee's were allowed to teach every other week. I only had two lunch breaks the entire time I worked there, because my clients needed assistance with eating and other things, while looking over at my fellow co-workers just enjoying lunch.

Every other paycheck had a lack of money, because they were closed and I couldn't make up hours. Unless I wanted to put more hours into a part time job.
After all of this after barely working 2 months as a part time worker, I have been called in to my boss's office and given a 2 month evaluation ( I have never even heard of such a thing for a full time employee). I was told that I am failing because I don't give an account on the paperwork for when I am not scheduled to even come in. It was rumored that I wasn't nice to a coworker.

So now I have 4 shifts (two weeks) to prove that I deserve my job. I am unsure what to do about this job. I like it alot, but I don't think it likes me. Does it seem like I am missing something? Any ideas how to solve this problem?
