Am I wrong for taking new job?

I am a financial planner for a mid size company. We manage about $1 billion in assets. I have about 150 clients I work with but they belong to the firm not my book of business. I generally like the company and most of my co workers. I do not see eye to eye with my boss who happens to be the owner of the company. We have a big difference in personality. I have an opportunity to take a new job as the head of planning for a small RIA. It’s much less client facing and just putting plans together for their advisors and clients. It’s much more of a hybrid role which I like. It’s closer to my house only 40 minutes round trip. Same pay as my current role.

Is it wrong of me to leave my job when they treat me well? This new job is much more inline with what I like doing.
