Am not employed yet, and I already feel stupid

Context: since 18, I was granted state services which included an employment coach who was going to help me learn about the business world and get a job. 3 (almost 4) years later, I still feel like I'm not ready. This coupled with the fact that this subreddit taught me how the workforce ain't all it's cracked up to be. What was all of it for? I feel like an absolute failure. Then this week the person I was working with for that time had retired. Just cause overtime I have been indifferent to these lessons, did not mean I disliked working with him. I just don't know what to do. I genuinely can't figure out what job I want to work at, or IF I want to work (I am leaning towards “don't want”). I need your advice.
