There are two people in my department. HR only interviewed one of us. In their interview, they asked her if I was happy and brought up my name. I have been here a year, they have been here a month. Despite them having some valid gripes with our boss, they confided in me that they were scared to speak up.l to HR. What can I do if HR does not contact me?
For context, the employee outside of our department was completely right. My boss is a negative leader, a narcissist, and lies to get what they want. They called her some choice names which got them suspended.
I have never been to HR, but I have a documented laundry list of incidents with my boss. Telling me I make more money than others, lying to create urgency, removing me from meetings, contacting me outside of hours then dismissing my boundaries, telling me I need to be more emotionally intelligent, it goes on and on.
This person is well respected because they play into politics and are knowledgeable in their field. Anyone that works with them closely knows they’re a pedantic ghoul who should not be in charge of humans.
