“The staff attitude is like they (The staff) often have problems with guests and therefore they behave mistrustfully and with suspicion towards guests” As a 17 year old service industry (Hotels, restaurants, bar) veteran this review touched a sensitive snare in my almost jaded perception of the hospitality industry.
