AUTHORIZATION TO USE LIKENESS a. Permission. You grant to Cellular Sales, its parent company, Cellular Sales of Knoxville, Inc., and all affiliated companies under common control of the parent (collectively, “Cellular Sales Parties”) irrevocable permission to use, in perpetuity, your name, likeness, photograph, biographical information, statements, voice, and both audio and video recordings (collectively, “Your Likeness”), either alone, or accompanied by, or incorporated in, other material; in any manner and in any media; throughout the world; and at any time, for the purpose of recruiting employees, promoting and advertising Cellular Sales products or services, and for any other lawful purpose. b. Release. You release, and hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Cellular Sales Parties and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Entities”) from any and all claims you, or any third party, may have now or in the future for invasion of privacy, right to publicity, copyright infringement, defamation, or any other cause of action arising out of the use, exploitation, reproduction, adaptation, distribution, broadcast, performance, or display of Your Likeness. c. Waiver. You waive any right to inspect or approve any use of the Your Likeness by any Cellular Sales Party. d. Acknowledgements. You acknowledge that Cellular Sales is and shall be the exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in and to any materials generated using Your Likeness (the “Materials”) and that the Materials may be assigned, copyrighted, used, and published individually or in conjunction with other works, and in any medium for any lawful purpose.
