Annual Review/Performance Improvement Plan advice

Had my annual review today and it was not good. Was informed that we're meeting on Friday and I'm being put on a PIP and my hours are being cut back from 17 to 15. Some of the things that were brought up were valid, but one of my biggest complaints is that I feel like a lot of the things they brought up are objectively unfair. The person in my role on the other team has the advantage of not only having more frequent informal supervision bc she works in the same physical office as our team supervisor, but also the fact that that team supervisor used to be the parent peer supporter for that service area so they see each other & she's physically there for that extra support all the time.

She does a great job and has validly set the bar high, but it still seems unfair that I'm being measured against her given these other factors.

I also think the fact that I've had 3 different supervisors, and my last 3 reviews were so drastically different, does not add up or seem fair.

After having a bit of time to calm down and think things through a bit, I'm wondering if I should not sign this PIP, or who to discuss my concerns with. Any advice would be helpful.
