I want to start a small business with a storefront. What's the best way to organize my operation so that workers are at the focus of the entire company?
I mean both legally and factually. Do I run a lot of risks not doing something like an LLC? Or could I be a cooperative, some other vague business related entity? Also, I will encourage my workers to unionize if I get multiple, but can I just like, start the union myself? Can the company itself just be the union?
I saw a tiktok from a creator I follow and he said his business was something like an anti-corporation or something but I haven't been able to find the video.
