I'm burnt out from work. I'm taking the next 3 days off work. I have autism. I can take a whole month off work if I need to (maintain lifestyle), so not financially in the shitter. I've been in the job for 4+ months, and never taken work off (apart from Covid), I've even taken on a few shifts. And I've never been late. But I just don't have the zest for my job that I used to have.
Do I?
A) take a whole month off (4 weeks notice without pay)? Read: resign.
B) reduce hours to 3-4 days a week for a month? Read: reduce hours.
C) only take these three days and then go back to normal? Read: short mental health break.
I would love to hear from others who have also been burnt out from (office) work, or who have a similar disability.
