For background I work on a team of 3 people myself, with one area manager and a couple regional managers, included in a location. It’s a city and the surrounding areas. We are essentially vendors/distributors. There are usually 2-4 markets per state depending on population and most states have less than 10 employees per state. It’s a relatively small company but they are definitely doing well. They don’t pay us very well. About 35k a year in my location.
I had the thought cross my mind while browsing this sub. How would unionizing work? Would it be up to my team of 3 and our area manager? Would it be more regional? I live in a pretty progressive area with an open minded team and work for a somewhat progressive open minded company.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
