Any advice for quitting a job in person? I’m an introvert and the thought is terrifying :’)

I've only been at my current job for a month or 2, and now have schedule clashes with my uni schedule. There's no way to rearrange my roster so I figured I'd give my two-week notice so my manager has some time to train people before she leaves for a holiday. I have a 5hr shift tomorrow, and it's a really small + quiet store, so I spend all day pretty much standing next to the manager and only really end up serving 2-3 customers. I'm not sure when or how I should bring it up; I don't want to be grilled for 4 hours on why I'm quitting but I don't want to just let them know 5 minutes before I head out.
