Any advice on co-owner not paying me a salary or wage?

Long story, but one of the co owners of our business is claiming because of downturn in business, they will not be paying my salary but expect me to keep performing my work duties. We do not have a owner’s agreement, and the business agreement does not list this loss of salary as being a potential result because of a slow down in business. This co owner wrote this all in a letter to me, demanding I continue my job duties with no pay. I am in the US, and it looks like this is a violation of FSLA under the rights of an exempt employee. The state i work in is a right-to-work state. Has anyone had experience with a similar situation?
